This is my Story

I’ve spent over 17 years in the pet industry, working everywhere from big-box grooming salons to managing veterinary hospitals, running my own grooming businesses, and coaching other professionals behind the scenes. But no matter where I went, I saw the same story playing out: talented, passionate groomers stuck in a cycle of burnout, feeling overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated, not because they weren’t good at their craft, but because no one had ever taught them how to truly build a career.

We were told that mastering technical skills was enough. But it’s not. Grooming isn’t just about clean lines and fluffy finishes, it’s about communication, confidence, boundaries, business sense, and identity. And those are the skills we were never taught.

I created Groomer Revolution to change that.

This is more than a brand. It’s a movement. A space for groomers to finally learn the non-technical skills they need to thrive, not just survive. Whether you’re brand new to the table or you’ve been grooming for a decade and feel like something’s missing, you’re not alone and it’s not your fault. Industry norms have kept us quiet, compliant, and creatively boxed in for too long.
